Terms of Use

1- All information provided must be correct: name, city, and contact number so that we can serve you correctly and quickly.

2- The customer has the right to inform us of the presence of a product with a manufacturing defect from the manufacturer directly during receipt of the order

3- All our products are checked for quality before leaving the store.

4- After delivering the order to the shipping company

The customer can contact us if the item has not been delivered after two days from the date of the purchase (to verify the company). The customer has no right to object to the arrival date because the shipping company is not under our management.
